WHAT IS A RESIDENT SERVICES PORTAL?

Resident Services Portal is an extension of your community management office that never closes. Your Resident Services Portal provides communication within your community, connects you with local services and information, and provides you with the ability to pay rent, request service to your home, reserve amenities and more.

WHAT WILL THE RESIDENT SERVICES PORTAL DO WITH MY PERSONAL INFORMATION?

Your personal information is only used for communication between the Resident Services Portal, your property manager, and you. The Resident Services Portal is a spam free site, and we will not distribute your information to anyone else. However, the Resident Services Portal does contain links to other websites, we are not responsible for any information you may transmit to any third party websites or their policies on privacy. It is always recommended that you read the Privacy Policy for each website you visit. View the Resident Services Portal Privacy Policy for further details.

CAN OTHER RESIDENTS SEE MY PERSONAL INFORMATION?

No, when you communicate with other residents through the Resident Services Portal, they will only see your user name. Residents cannot access other information such as your personal name, home or email addresses.

WILL MY MANAGER SEE MY PERSONAL INFORMATION?

Yes, your manager can access your personal information through your user name. This will allow them to automatically track where service requests and other communications originate. It also serves as a security measure, discouraging abuse of the forums and other services.

WHAT IF I FORGOT MY PASSWORD OR USERNAME?

To retrieve your password, click on the link that states “Forgot Your Password?” in the login toolbar. Enter your email address and your password and user name will be emailed to you automatically. Remember to keep your email address current by Updating Your Profile with any changes.

WHAT IF I NEED TO CHANGE MY PASSWORD?

Change Password can be found in the My Profile section.

MY ROOMMATE MOVED OUT. HOW CAN I STOP THEM FROM ACCESSING MY ACCOUNT?

If a resident registers separately with their own user name, they will be automatically removed from the system when they move out. If you have been sharing an account, you can simply change your password by using in the My Profile section.

CAN I PAY MY RENT ON THE RESIDENT SERVICES PORTAL?

Yes, the Resident Services Portal provides rent payment services through a third party service provider. Click the Pay Rent link to see if your community is enabled with this service.

CAN I PURCHASE RENTERS INSURANCE ON THE RESIDENT SERVICES PORTAL?

Yes, the Resident Services Portal provides Renters Insurance through a third party service provider. Click the Renter's Insurance link to see if your community is enabled with this service.

WHAT IF I SEE SOMETHING INAPPROPRIATE ON BE SOCIAL?

Be Social is monitored by management; they can delete any postings. If you see something inappropriate, click the Report link on the page that you found the inappropriate posting, type a brief description for your community management to take appropriate actions.

CAN I DELETE MY BE SOCIAL POSTINGS?

Yes, you may delete your own postings at any time. Just go to your posting to want to delete; you will see the delete link at the far right of the subject line for each posting. No one else can delete your posting, except for management.
